Welcome!
COACHING APPROACH
Libby provides coaching based on each client’s unique needs, partnering with each so they can more fully and authentically live in their design, strengths, giftings and destiny. As such, each session is unique and does not follow a prescribed plan. Libby is happy at any time to discuss her approach, goals and the structure of the meetings. Each client is different in what they bring and what they desire, so please ask, recommend, request resources, etc.
As Libby collaborates with each client, she may recommend resources, suggest prayer or have clients consider doing homework such as story work or creative processing, practicing emotional regulation, etc. All such offerings and resources are solely up to client’s discretion to pursue. In fact, restoring the client’s freedom to think and choose for themselves is a central objective in the coaching process.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
The client understands and agrees that Libby is providing the best tools based on her education and awareness of client safety and ethical standards for coaches. She continues to learn and develop as resources are made available and commits to follow the most client centered wisdom she can.
Although Libby offers her gifts and understanding to support your healing and growth, her work with you is intended as a resource. Your ongoing choices to engage and commit to your development are the most powerful factors in continually overcoming and reaching your desired outcomes. It is Libby’s recommendation that any ideas offered in sessions be weighed and processed with others prior to making any decision as it is not her intent to direct, rather to discuss new possibilities.
You further understand and agree that by following or adopting anything offered in session, you are making a decision with respect to any such choice, and shall not seek to hold Libby liable in any way for any financial, emotional, health or other loss that may be experienced in connection with any of the coaching. If you or she feel that she is not the best fit for your needs, you can end sessions at any time and she is glad to provide referrals at any time.
Both the client and Libby agree that coaching is not counseling or therapy which requires providing a diagnosis and following a treatment plan.
FEEDBACK
You are invited and ENCOURAGED to continually offer input about your goals, how the sessions are proceeding, ups and downs you notice, feelings that arise, and feedback about what is helping and what is not. In this work, communication is ongoing and important to your successful outcomes. Should you have a concern, Libby welcomes your input.
CLIENT RIGHTS AND BOUNDARIES
1. You can seek a second opinion or terminate at any time.
2. The information provided by you during your coaching session is confidential except as required by law. Exceptions to confidentiality include “threat of serious harm to self or others,” as in the case of child abuse, elder abuse, suicide, grave disability, child pornography, etc.
3. Sexual contact between client and Libby is not recognized as a form of ministry and is illegal in Colorado.
FINANCIAL AGREEMENT RATE FOR SERVICE
It is suggested based on experience that longer sessions work best for Libby’s services. One hour and a half to 2 hours sessions are, therefore, highly recommended.
$165 for a 60-minute session
$245 for a 90-minute session
$325 for a 2-hour session
PAYMENT POLICIES AND FORMS OF PAYMENT
Clients are responsible for payment at time of service. This ministry accepts the following forms of payment: Zelle (303 842 0694), Venmo (@Redemptioncoach), check or cash. Credit cards can be used for an additional 3.5% fee on the Redemptioncoach.co website. All transactions will appear as “RedemptionCoach, LLC” on your statement. Libby does not have a contractual agreement with any insurance companies. In requesting her services, you agree to accept legal and financial responsibility for the cost of those services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify Libby (303 842 0694) at least 24 hours in advance, 48 hours preferred. Without 24 hours notice, clients will be charged the full fee for all missed appointments except in the case of an emergency. Telephone sessions and consultations will be billed at the same rate and prorated.
TYPES OF COMMUNICATION
Coaching is typically in the form of regularly scheduled, face-to-face individual sessions. For that reason, Libby generally recommends meeting in her office, but utilizes the Zoom app for any video sessions. All initial contacts with new clients are best done face-to-face, if possible. Because email and text are NOT confidential ways to communicate on sensitive matters, Libby will use texts for scheduling appointments only.
