MINISTRY APPROACH

Libby provides Christian ministry, partnering with God and each ministry client, so they can more fully and authentically live in their God-given design, strengths, giftings and destiny. As such, each session is unique and driven by what the Holy Spirit would like to accomplish in the individual’s life at that time.  Libby joins with Jesus on His mission to “heal the brokenhearted,” Isaiah 61:1.  Whether brokenness presents in struggled to realize truths about yourself, relational brokenness, or a desire for greater intimacy with God, she partners with each client and the Holy Spirit to provide safety, validation, prayer and coaching to meet your objectives. Whether through assurance, creative processing, increasing relational capacity, inner healing, deliverance, or other means, her objective is to foster living in wholeness.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

The ministry client understands and agrees that Libby is providing a ministry of soul and spiritual healing through prayer and coaching. She will prayerfully use and follow the best discernment and wisdom with which God has gifted and anointed her.  The ministry client further understands and acknowledges that God’s mystery and revelation is not always understood or correctly discerned by Libby, that there is no guarantee of such accuracy by Libby. The potential for error in such wisdom and discernment is always present. Although Libby offers her gifts and understanding to support your healing and growth, her work with you is intended as a resource. Your ongoing choices to engage and commit to your development are the most powerful factors in continually overcoming spiritual bondages, relational deficits and reaching your desired outcomes. It is Libby’s recommendation that anything received in session should always be prayerfully weighed and confirmed independently by you (including but not limited to submission of it to the client’s spiritual authority or closely trusted supports) before acting on it. You further understand and agree that by following or adopting anything offered in session, you are making a decision with respect to any such choice, and shall not seek to hold Libby liable in any way for any financial, emotional, health or other loss that may be experienced in connection with any of the coaching or prayer.

The ministry client understands that maintaining freedom involves ongoing daily choices and commitment to walk in alignment with God’s best. If they walk back into previous destructive behaviors which result in the bondages returning and even intensifying, it is the sole responsibility of the ministry client; and Libby not be held liable in any fashion. Both the client and Libby Kinkead agree that Christian ministry is not counseling or therapy which requires providing a diagnosis and following a treatment plan.

FEEDBACK

Each session is unique and dynamic as we partner together with Holy Spirit, therefore, you are invited and ENCOURAGED to continually offer input about your goals, how our sessions are proceeding, ups and downs you notice, and feedback about what is helping and what is not. In this work, ongoing communication a continuous key to your successful outcomes.

2. The information provided by you during your ministerial session is confidential except as required by law. Exceptions to confidentiality include “threat of serious harm to self or others,” as in the case of child abuse, suicide, grave disability, child pornography, and threat of national disaster. • $160 for a 60-minute session

  • $230 for a 90-minute session

  • $300 for a 2-hour session

PAYMENT POLICIES AND FORMS OF PAYMENT

Clients are responsible for payment at time of service. This ministry accepts the following forms of payment: Zelle (303 842 0694), Venmo (@Libby-Kinkead), check or cash. Credit cards can be used for an additional 3.5% fee on the Redemptioncoach.co website. All transactions will appear as “RedemptionCoach LLC” on your statement. Libby does not have a contractual agreement with any insurance companies. In requesting her services, you agree to accept legal and financial responsibility for the cost of those services. Your right to confidentiality may be waved in the case of non-payment for services, because your name may be given to a collection agency.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide notify Libby (303 842 0694) at least 24 hours in advance, 48 hours preferred. Without 24 hours notice, clients will be charged the full fee for all missed appointments. Telephone sessions and consultations will be billed at the same rate, but will be prorated.

TYPES OF COMMUNICATION

Spiritual work is typically in the form of regularly scheduled, face-to-face, individual sessions. For that reason, she generally recommends meeting in her office, but utilizes the Zoom app for any video sessions. All initial contacts with new clients are best done face-to-face, if possible. Because email and text are NOT confidential ways to communicate on sensitive matters, Libby will use texts for scheduling appointments only.
